Project description: The project consists of the development of 40 luxury villas within one of the most prestigious location in Dammam at the seventh district. The 30 villas comprise of different arrangements built using best construction techniques with a modular precast system. Implementation of modular precast systems can be rarely implanted by developer due to cost impaction and cash look up – involved.
